Answer #1

Network problems can broadly be categorized into "performance" or "efficiency" based issue.

As to their meaning, "performance" based issue typically involve the systemic running and its information delivery time. In both the cases, either the constraints of resource is the real reason. In other words, if we upgrade our database size, move from normal communicating wired/wireless medium to optical fibers. These issues are sufficiently able to handle the performance related issues. Also on the other hand, even with the best hardware available and poor intercommunication algorithms say routing, scheduling etc. the performance degrades.

Efficiency typically depends on the accuracy of delivered information. An inaccurate information can be attributed to hardware malfunction or security violation. in bother cases. better hardware designs and appropriate cryptographic solutions can improvise the efficiency of network functioning.
