Develop a conceptual ER diagram for the below database description, using appropriate syntaxes, and showing cardinalities and key attributes.

Haze is a non-profit organization with the Officers and the subscribers.

An Office is identified by a code (such as BOD for “board of directors”) and has a unique name and an attribution (description of the officer’s responsibilities).

For each Officer, we record the office, the start and end dates at a particular office if applicable.

Haze provides a certain number of assistance services, such as ID protection and corpses repatriation. Each service is assigned a code, and we record the service name, description, premium and allocation if applicable.

Haze’s subscribers are either individual or cultural associations (organization).

Each organization is assigned a unique code. As part of the organization registration, we record the name of the organization, description (mission and objectives), date joining, address, and phone number.

Whether someone joins individually or through an organization, subscription of a person requires the affiliate organization (Individual if not affiliated with an organization), the service(s) of interest, subscription request date, effective date, end date and motif of cancellation if applicable. Each subscriber is assigned a unique subscriber ID (aka matriculate).

Once subscribed, a user should complete his/her profile by providing the all the user information.

Subscribing organizations must also provide a member list with the following information about each of its members: membership start and end dates, country of origin, citizenship, and the delegate(s) assigned to each service.
