The trouble ticket is regarding the problem which the computer is facing which is having the problem of randomly shutting down after 15 minutes of the usage. The theory we are having and suspecting is that the computer is overheating and thus shutting down on overheating. The utility program which we can use to read the system temperatures is:
BIOS / UEFI

The UEFI - Unified Extensible Firmware Interface or BIOS basic input/output system is used to connect the computer firmware to the OS and thus it displays the important information about the PC and its configuration including the utility program to read system temperatures.
