management dimensions: Management dimensions usually provide support to service levels and helps to decide for the cost of UPS. In this dimension, we use automation in order to enhance the shipping process and this also tracks for the delivery of the package.

Technology dimensions mainly talk about the network and technology used by UPS to ship the products. These can help to evaluate global, then provide improved service to the society and make service more reliable and more precise.
