2) People or employees would help in development of the response plan by development of the signals, implementation of backups for the data as well as the servers, for creation of the plan in case of any attack and review the plan for any problem

3) They help in system-wide monitoring which can help to infiltrate the malicious software or any phishing attempts.

4) Consistent training to people/employees would help to identify the issue on their own and inform the same to the required team to fix it before its too late for an organization to handle it.
