7) (b) By using the buffering feature YouTube notifies the user that there is delay in the connection to the YouTube servers. This delay or lagging often caused due to the user's internet connection issue but sometime it may happens due to YouTube server lag.

There are a few negative impacts of buffering:

(i) Requires high bandwidth.

(ii) No offline availability as this is online-only.
