Answer #1

I'll call the employee and ask him why he is reading people medical records. I'll listen to his answer. And ask him is there anyone who asks him to do this illegal activity. And is there anything wrong planned behind this activity. And I'll inform it to a higher authority. And will try to know from how many days he has been doing this. If we get to know, he has done it by mistakenly and we will warn him to don't repeat it again. If he found to be done it deliberately, he will be fired and a case will be filed against him.
