Advantages:

   Turing Test help us by identifying our metal power.

It separates a best from good.

Turing Test simplifies our work making it organized.

Dis-advantage:

   The only disadvantage I found about Turing test is that Turing test doesn't test the general intelligence of an individual system which is a lot more important.

   It's still not passed yet need more improvement.
