Models chosen Waterfall Model & Agile Model

Similarity:

As both the Agile and the water fall model been focused on the client process

As both have detailed planning process due to which alot of cost is been saved

Difference:

Agile model follows an incremental approach where as the waterfall model is a sequential design process

Agile methadology is flexible where as the water Fall model approach is structured

In Agile model the test phase been checked at every sprint where as in water fall model it is been rarely disscused.
