What are disadvantages of using slicers in Excel? Explain.

1. If we used slicers improperly in a report , it will slow down the performance.

2. If we use single slicer to filter multiple pivot tables is that its not sure that pivot tables filtering is happened obvious ,when that single slicer control placed on seperate sheet.

3. Only pivot tables sharing the same pivot cache can only use a slicer.

ex: If we have 100 pivot tables and we have 50 different data sources. In this situation its difficult to use slicers.

4. When you add more data and refresh the pivot table the slicer will not work.

5. If we are new to the pivot tables, we can easily confused by this dropdowns.
