Answer:- a) Short Term Scheduling Algorithm:- Short Term Scheduler is also called as CPU scheduler. Scheduling provides faster throughput,added flexibility and improving the customer services. Jobs are scheduled as late as possible within time alllowed by customer due to dates Short term scheduling decides which of ready, in memory processes is to be executed.   In CPU scheduling the FCFS is best for small brust time, SJF is best if the process comes to processor simultaneously.Round Robin is best to the average waiting time .
