Answer #1

The three strategies of Michael porters are

  • Cost Leadership
  • Focus
  • Differentiation

As the Information systems are helping companies to implement these in a way as the by using the technology the company are reducing the human force to do work and they are using artifical intelligence. and more over the differentiation technique is been used by every comapny as it is been the broad market techique to market thier product all over the worlds market and it is been one of the most effective way. WallMart is been using the same stratergy as they also use the differntation techique to market thier products and more over thier cost leadership skill are very good as they also give high percentage of sales to the customers but still they earn a handsome profit on every sale.
