A person who says they are from an IT company arrived and tells you your business has hired them to evaluate the network architecture. She needs access to the server room/data center and administrator passwords for everything. What do you do?

First I have to check her identity that right person is coming or not. After that I have to ask my senior management whether they ask someone to come and evaluate the network architecture,if they do then I will give the required all the required thing to evaluate the structure but not all and have a close look on the activity of her ,if I found that she is not doing the right thing ,I will stop her and inform the senior and change the data center and administrator password as soon as possible.
