While performing server maintenance, you discover a malicious program (a virus, trojan horse, worm, rootkit, bot or logic bomb) you suspect was inserted by one of your co-workers. Do you report this to your manager or simply remove the malware and say nothing?

If I know the IP address which infected the server and it was one of our co-workers then I will surely report the thing to the manger with proper evidence and its effects. Because these are completely against the company norms and may result in unnecessary loss to the organization.

These people's have to be convicted under the law.
