Solution:

For drawing mealy machine that outputs modulo 5 there should set of inputs to be given( sigma).

So I am Assuming inputs as {0, 1, 2, 3 }. So you can replace by your set of inputs. If you find any difficulty comment your set of inputs I will update the mealy diagram according to your input.
