If GPA does not matter so much, important thing are given below

  1. your skills- skills required for every type of job if we want a job like software engineer then you have to know all technical knowledge related to software , if you want to job in marketing company then you have to know the strategy of marketting
  2. team work- the one of the most important thing which company was searching in any candidate. team work is very useful because at the end you have to work in them with different member . This skills shows your different part of you how you wor with the people who are came from different place,use different langause , came from different culture
  3. positive attitude - this is the kind of approach , which is shows how you the solve the problem. what is your approach to solve any problem.
  4. manegerial skills- in this skills interviewer check your management skills ,how you manage the things because in company so many things are doing at the same time then they check your clever how yu prioritise your work and manage the work properly

besides that you have to showcase your talent in front of interviewer . you have to show your best form to your interviewer . Do some research on their company and think how you will be more suitable for the given job.
