  1. Hardware requirements
  2. Software requirements.
  3. Networking requirements.
  4. Infrastructure requirements.
  5. Space requirements.
  6. Labour

Once you are ready with all this requirements and ready to serve the services to the customers.You will have to get your business plan approved from the respective people. Then the next step comes you will have to promote , attract people to your startup. Once people start using your services efficiently you become a cloud service provider.
