1.) You are a digital forensic examiner and have been asked to examine a hard drive for potential evidence. Give examples of how the hard drive (or the data on it) could be used as (or lead to the presentation of) all four types of evidence in court; testimonial, real, documentary, and demonstrative. If you do not believe one or more of the types of evidence would be included, explain why not.

2.) You have been asked to assist a law enforcement team serving a search warrant related to a child pornography investigation. You are the digital forensic expert for the team, and, as such, have been assigned the task of identifying and collecting the digital evidence at the search location. Answer the following questions about your assignment.

What steps should you take before the search to serve the search warrant?

What types of evidence should you be on the alert for, when searching the residence?

What types of items would you seize?

          The computer game can be loaded into hard drive accompanied by well written treatise
printed materials would will be a very valuable resource in law offices in addition to computer
games will insure it get reviewed thoroughly.
     Like in the case of documentary evidence, it entails evidence relating to computer crime
so the manuals, printouts, and also business records can be stored in the hard drives and
presented to the court.    
       In the case of demonstrative evidence can be stored in hard drives in form of model, experiments
or charts that will show event happened.
NB- Direct evidence cannot be included here since it depends on an oral testimony which proves
specific fact such as the eye witness. The knowledge of the fact here is obtained from five senses
of the witness.
2. Steps taken before search in order to serve search warrant
I would not need a search warant when the person in proper authority
gives the consent to conduct search.

The CD and pcs in the room
The mobile phones
What types of items will be seized
I will take the mobile phones in the room
l will seize the hard disk drive if available
l will seize laptops and finally compact disks in the room
