   explain a plugin that does not currently exist for Bootstrap that you believe needs to be developed.

First things first, Bootstrap is now the world's most popular framework in building responsive websites and it is built with mobile-first approach. The features we have in bootstrap are very great too, whether it is in implementing in grid layout, flex properties etc., Even it has many builtin components and plugins like Accordions, collapse, carousels, modals, list groups, dropdowns, navbars, pagination, scrollspy and toasts.

And with many rich in-built plugins that supported by bootstrap, it's almost we can built everything in modern websites, but a few plugins i think that might need to be added in bootstrap or developed in a better way are:

1. The first thing that can be made better is responsive navbar, sometimes we use a top navbar for laptop screen sizes and top make it responsive we use the same navbar as sidebar by putting a toggle button to toggle sidebar in mobile screens / tablet screens. We can do this ourselves with some little lines in css and in javascript. But, my idea is if it is integrated with bootstrap, then it will be a great addition to the bootstrap. So in short i would say sidebar can be integrated with bootstrap

2. feature Discovery can be developed in bootstrap, bootstrap doesnt provide this sort of features generally, So, it will be a great addition for bootstrap if it is developed with it.

3. Searching plugin will help so much in modern days websites. When it comes to blogs/ ecommerce websites or even for landing pages, the searching ability will be helpful alot in searching throught some classnames, or headings etc. So, i thing a searching plugin can be developed in bootstrap

4. preloaders will be a great addition to the bootstrap, yes they have scrollspys and etc but when it comes to pre-loaders for images/carousels or for css-heavy things before a component or a page loads it is best to have automatic pre-loaders developed by bootstrap

5. slider options , the carousel that bootstrap provides wont give that many options like other slider libraries does, like showing multiple images in a slide, no,of slides to move per swipe, draggable slides etc, these sort of options can be useful for making a better carousel.

6. Footer which is responsive - similar to modern day websites, can be made and integrated with bootstrap for better performance

On a whole the plugins like pushpins, parallax, Pickers plugins can be also developed with bootstrap

So, as far as the best options provided by bootstrap, there are no much needed plugins that can be further integrated in terms of plugins, and i can only think of these options. And when it comes to bootstrap icons, responsive font sizes will also help in best development from bootstrap
