The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) defines the entire scope of a project and shows it diagrammatically. The scope can be picture in different multiple levels in which the top-level shows the main target to achieve, the second level comprises of objectives, then the third level displays outputs, and the fourth level contains all required activities.

Here, the main objective is to launch a job portal for students where they can search, communicate with employers, and give exams/interview to get selected.

Target: Launch Online Job Portal
Objectives: Job Search, Creation of user profile, Communication with employers
Outputs: Open positions, Checklist, Student profile, Company Names, Recruitment Notice, Contacts of HR personnel
Tasks: Various tasks can be associated and these are shown in the diagram given below.
