For this question to be answered, the state of the system should be given. I guess you have missed/forgot to mention it. You can mention it in the comment section and I would be more than happy to answer the questions because without the state of the system it is impossible to answer the above given questions.BTW, banker's algorithm needs to be applied to solve all the above problems.
