what is Ms word and what we can do?

Ms Word:- It is a text documentation tool, which is used to make the document better. Its full form is Microsoft Word. It is the most commonly tool which is used by everyone.

We can apply so many features or properties on the document. Like, if we want to change the font color, font size or we want the selected text in bold or italic, these can be set by MS word. If we want to add some other text or picture in document, MS word also give us the cut/paste/copy feature. We can highlight the text according to our choice. Also we can add header footer in it. We can view how it will look after we take out its print. We can draw any shapes or drawing that we want in our document. It is very useful tool for official work.
