and un-credential scan means the scan will be done in first critical areas and the way the attacker thinks and executed the same way the scans will be executed in the uncredential scan

So by this we cannot say by the numbers to choose 1 st option

The best fit was 2 nd option The network has a strong security posture was strong

if you have strong security posture then there would be less chance of getting infected to vulnerabilities and strong security posture comprises of highest level of security with respect to no of workstattions you have and times security scans

As now a days if we count these many workstations no one use those free tools for enterprise level scanners so, last wo options wont majorl'y fit in my opinion.
