1)The entry created for user in db

2)The renewal rates overide the previous rate of any user in the db

3)New users will get discount automatically without contacting any club member on the basis of usage

The uses cases which will interact with actors are:

1) Creating report of usage by manager

2)For contacting new users club staff has to engage with them

3) For any rate discount sub staff has to contact manager.
