Flow Model	Functionality Model
Flow model is simple model which used to give the overview of information, work product and affricates and also shows how it works.	Functionality model is used in multiple data which consist of flow diagram and also shows involvement of various process at various level.
Flow model gives the step by step process execution.	Functionality model gives description of each step in process execution.
Flow model are not in the form of structured modeled system..	Functionality model is in the form structured which represents the functions in the modeled system.
