Introduction

Scope
This report aims to prepare a project schedule for the proposed block caving mine. The start date for the proposed development begins on the 20/9/2020. For time and cost calculations the following parameters from table 1 were used.

For any mining operation, scheduling and project management controls the most beneficial and time-efficient course of action. A Gantt charts is used to outline the cost and time frame needed for the entire task. The cost and time analysis of any single task is also available in the Gantt chart. For this project, block cave mining has been sanctioned and now underground development is to be planned. Block cave mining is a process of underground mining which is meant for large deposits of low-grade ore. The underground infrastructure should be generated to reach the deposit before starting the mining of deposit.

This report is intended to provide a project schedule for the suggested block caving mine. The proposed project activity s scheduled to start on 20/SEP/2020. The following variables for time and cost calculations were used from Table 1.
