Some of "Inherent Powers " are printing money , acquiring land , protecting the border etc are the powers owned by the Government or its branch which are necessary to run the country.The President of the United States derive these powers from the constitution which states that the President is to be vested with the executive power and the President should make sure that the laws are executed in a faithful and proper manner.
These powers are most relevant to the executive branch of the federal government.
