• It simply means that plan without any action and implementation is useless.
• we have to organize our plan step by step action on a document and convert it into implementation.
• project management plan involves a document contains all the subsidiary plans needed for the project.
• executive summary of the projects gives the idea about the project and it is the basic step , so that every member is aware about the project they will be working on. This also gives the basic idea about the further requirement in project.
• project charter does the assessment of project whether the project is feasible or not.
