The basins should be cubical and of equal volume, and the following velocity gradients are needed for each stage: 45 s-1 in the first, 20 s-1 in the second, and 10 s-1 in the third. The design flow is 15000 m3/d (3.96 MGD) and the design temperature is 10C. Draw a schematic of the flocculation system. What is the power in Watts for each stage?
