A pump will be used to convey water from a lake into a pressurized storage tank for a secluded cabin vacation house. If 1000 gallons of water must be delivered in 10 minutes or less, will a pump that adds 3 hp to the water be sufficient? Explain and support your answer with calculations.   
Assume 2 atm for the pressurized tank, and 20 ft difference in elevation from lake to water surface level in pressurized tank.

ANSWER: 3 HP pump will work.
