at the bottom. You have to design for Minimum value of X. Assuming dam is full (Y m)
try to establish a relationship between Y and Minimum X. To do this assume Y= 10, 15
and 20 m and find minimum values for X (X1, X2, X3). Then express Minm X as a
function of Y (best fit) for a given Z=4. There is no need to do friction stability checks.
The weight of masonry is 20 kN per cubic meter.
