  • What building or infrastructure-related policies have been put in place by your local, regional or national government? Which of them apply to the facilities with which you interact? Identify specific features in the buildings you occupy that are a result of those policies.

There some major aspects to be considered as building policies as of my knowledge.

They are:

  • Following proper building code established by respective country.
  • Following the LEED or Energy Star rating evalution of the building.
  • Providing high performance building i.e., smarter way of usage of building and amenities in it.
  • Simulation of building prior to actual construction.
  • Safety of building and evacuation menthods involved in case of any emergency.
  • Sustainable and service of building for a longer period of time, without compromising on the quality of materials used for construction.
