Answer #1

"Fighting a let's get this over syndrome" means a time pressure at the end of a project to complete it quickly. Project managers usually face this case at the end of the project, and thought process goes like "Let's start this so we can finish it sooner".

It can be overcome by some methods, some of it is given below:

  • Leverage Help: Start by asking someone who's already accomplished that task, or utilise some period of time in extension of project time.
  • Justify!!,  Show courage & proofs to justify the complexity of a task you are working.
  • Set your own borders in terms of time pressure and quality.
  • Justify that pressure makes individual think that this project is not well planned and the time for tasks completion were not well dimensioned.

*I hope you like the answer. And please comment if it is not satisfactory at any point and if am wrong, so that I improve myself.
