One of the problems project managers encounter in the final phases of a project is "fighting a let’s get this over syndrome” in the project team. Please describe what I mean by this syndrome. How would you go about overcoming this?
"Fighting a let's get this over syndrome" means a time pressure at the end of a project to complete it quickly. Project managers usually face this case at the end of the project, and thought process goes like "Let's start this so we can finish it sooner".
