Answer #1

The materials used in the case study #9 house are: Concrete slab, wood finishing and glass. Above the house is covered with single slab made up of concrete which is connected to the columns of house directly. The interior of roof is covered with strips of wood which gives a nice look of celling. Also there is a section in roof where glass is used which allows the natural sunlight. Also the doors going backyard are having glass which connects with celling giving a open space vibe. The whole idea of Entenza house is a mixture of modern technology and nature back in 1950.
