Preservation is aiming at repairing and maintenance of existing historic materials.

Rehabilitation means is there any need to make changes which are necessarily as in going time while maintaining the historic beliefs and values

Restoration means property at particular period of time.

Reconstruction defines the modifications or reconstruction of damaged parts of the property
