W was a pupil in Hello Kindergarten and she was playing in the playground of Hello Kindergarten. An employee of Hello Kindergarten, Mike, was working on a pump in a building next to the playground. Mike accidentally broke the pump and fragments of the pump flied out and hurt W. Mike was a cleaner and not a plumber or the like. The building was owned by Peter, and Peter and Mike were good friends. Advice W’s parents briefly on grounds, if any, which Hello Kindergarten, Mike and Peter may be held liable to the injury sustained by W.

As discussed in question, Mike was a cleaner and not the plumber. Inspite of this fact, Peter the owner of the building in which the pump was being repaired alloted the work of pump to Mike due to his friendship. Therefore, Peter and Mike are responsible in this matter. Peter even after knowing that Mike is a cleaner not plumber given him job of plumber thats why he is responsible. Mike himself even knowing that he do not know work of plumbing tried the work of repair of pump, which cause injury to W.
