His house was built on 1.5 acre site with area 1600 ft² by the industrialist designer Charles Eames and architect Eero Saarinen. The structural system elements of the house are i) four inch H columns with twelve inch web joists.ii) the roofs are made with concrete slab, iii) There is vast open plan living room, which has a capacity of gathering forty people, iv) the living rooms are 36 ft wide, which are made with floor to ceiling glass with sliding doors, all rear fecades are glazed. Besides, living rooms there are a dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchens, two bathrooms and a study room.
