The contractor can file a court case of fraud against company X. By taking like all the payment made in the execution of the work by taking drawing, instruction on that work as a ground.

As the contract as performed the work, he or she is entitled to payments. but the rates will be decided by the court on the basis of the market rates, the type of work performed by the contractor, the payment he or she made in completing work.

for the case, he or she needs as many as witnesses and pieces of evidence that can prrof that the work performed was under the company X.
