There are different costs, there can be some cost which are not for hydroponics.These costs are due to lack of knowledge. People sell everything you may not need.

we shall talk for 10,000 sq feet which is lowest commerical farming structure possible.

1. Cost of greenhouse/polyhouse 750 to 850 Rs per Sq. metre. i.e. 7.5 to 8.5 Lakh for 10 R = 10K sq ft.
2. If you dont go for polyhouse but green shadenet of 50% (50% Light passes) its 350 rs /sq metre so for 10 R its 3.5 lakh
3. For hydroponics cost is grow bags and ground net. so cost for growbags for 10 R for Lettuce is 1500 grow bags so approx 1.5–2 lakhs. For Tomato 1200 grow bags for cost is 1.2 to 1.5 lakh.
4. Other cost is drip tank irrigation system. Here land development cost is not considered.
5. In case of NFT system cost equal to polyhouse construction cost should be considered like Rs 7–8 lakhs for 10,000 sq feet.
