  1. To determine connection betweens individuals we should preferably use Responsibilty assignment matrix(RAM) .RAM shows the connection between project menbers and project activities. It can be effectively applied at large projects and at various levels. Lower level RAM describes the level of authority for specific task , their responsibilities and designated roles, while higher level RAM describes responsibility of project team within each componenet of work break down system.
  2. Storming; storming is basically the stage when members starts communicating with each other about their ideas related to project by considering themselves as a individual rather than a part of team
  3.
