The roof deck has a dead weight of 400kN while the second to fourth floor has a dead weight of 800kN. The building is located at seismic zone 4 under special occupancy category of I=1 Soil test suggest site coefficient S=1.2; A steel moment resisting frames will be used ( Ct=0.085 ; Rw= 12 ). Determine the following :

a.) Seismic base shear force.
b.) Equivalent lateral force at the Roof Level.
c.) Overturning Moment at the ground floor level due to seismic force.
