Below is attached the stress-strain curve for grade 60 steel. From the curve the straight line part is linear elastic range while remaining is plastic range.

From that curve using relation sigma = E*strain, stress can be found.

for strain es, sigma = .0005*200 = 0.1 GPa,

similarly other can be calculated.
