Briefly describe the characteristics (three key elements) of an area where carsharing can be succesfully implemented

the three element of an area which can defined the success of carsharing

(1) lack of public transportation system - Car sharing will be benefit for the area where public transport like rails, busses or metro are less in number and does not provide full facilities while commute to other places.

(2) Abundance of parking space - Large space should be available for parking large car sharing pods. As large is required when demand is low.

(3) low crime rate - low crime activity like stealing, kidnapping,increased crimes towards women, motivates practise like car sharing at a high rate.
