A house is located below street level.  A pump and force mail will be required to move wastewater to a manhole in the street 100 feet away.

The force main diameter is 2”, and Hazen-Williams coefficient is 100.  Rise from the pump intake to the discharge at the manhole is 16’.  The force main discharges to atmosphere and no positive pressure is required at the discharge.

Determine the flow rate that the Goulds 2DV pump will move with a 3/4 HP motor.
