If you didn't make pouring properly what will happen during pouring of concrete
The problem faced during pouring of concrete is segregation of concrete.
In segregation large concrete particles like aggregate separate from the cement mortar and it results in a honeycombed structure.
It also results in porous layer, sand streak, laitance as well as bond failure.
Segregation results due to improper handling or transportation or placing of concrete.
After segregation has occurred we can't remix the concrete and it has to be discarded.
To prevent segregation we must use proper water cement ratio, aggregate size and proper handling of concrete also the height of pouring must not be more than 150 cm.
So the height of pouring must be less than 150 cm.
