Question

Recently a new building in Baltimore had some architectural panels on the exterior of the building fabricated from stainless steel sheet (316). In the construction, the sheets were fixed to the building using mild steel screws. The construction team also cut costs and did not use any of the (specified) rubber washers. Briefly describe what you think may occur in such a situation under atmospheric conditions. Feel free to use any sketches.
