Three stages of project developed are-

1-Planning-Planning is most important technique for the development of any project. It is used to identity objective of the project, to define task and materials,equipments etc.

2-Scheduling- It is used to deciding the phase of activities and also effective use of man power, material, equipment etc.

It shows rhe relationship of different activities with time and also predecessor and successor of the activities.

It helps to make better use of resources which are required for project completion.

3-Controlling- It us used in execution phase of project. It monitors the resources which is use in effectively or not. If resources and activities are not well performing then it can be change or replace at this stage of project development.
