Then, after 6 months of vacant possession, complaints were lodged by some owners. The owners complained that there are cracks on the external and internal walls, the walls are bulging out of level and the service pipes are malfunctioning. Hence, you are required to submit a report to your top management based on the complaints lodged, the report shall contain the followings:

1. Explanation on the possible causes of the defects based on the investigation done.

2. Proposals on the remedial works to be employed along with its evaluation.
