If you have whole circle bearing with their vertical direction then you obviously calculate the reduced bearing. First of all we have to draw vertical direction as North direction, from there we can have to plot whole circle bearing. If whole circle bearing is lesser than 180° then we have to reduce 180 from them, then we got reduced bearing. For example if WCB = 130° then reduced bearing = 180- 130= 50°, i.e, S50°E, similarly if WCB is greater than 180° then we have to reduce 180 ° from them to find RB.
