a. He asked to avoid use of wood in construction because wood is susceptible to decay due to action of termites, water and fire. Wood have lesser life as compared to concrete and other materials.

b. Installation of solar panel is recommended because of low or zero energy production cost of energy and lower envuronmental pollution due to use of solar energy. Solar energy is a renewable source therefore as a technical student he has recommended use of solar panel.
